Return and Exchange Policy

PRODUCTS ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND.

To initiate a return or exchange for products that are not on SALE, please contact our customer care within 7 days of delivery. Provide them with your order number, date of delivery, and an image of the product. You can reach us via call or WhatsApp at +91 9015555552 between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST from Monday to Saturday or email us at bemukhtalif@gmail.com. Once our team acknowledges your request, Kindly send the product back to us at the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, we will either ship a size exchange or you will receive store credit of the refund amount which you can use to buy any other product from our website, as per your choice. This store credit will be valid for a month from the date of return approval.

• Mode of return: Self-serve; Customer needs to bear the shipping fees and send it back to the mailing address

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS TO KEEP IN MIND

The product can only be exchanged once.
No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments that the customer has altered. There would be no returns or exchanges on the customized orders.
