Shipping Service & Costs
We deliver to destinations both in India as well as abroad. Subject to the shipping policy, delivery is currently free PAN India for all the products ordered from Mukhtalif India.
We do not provide free International shipping, so the shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer variably depending on the location for where it has to be delivered. Delivery Guide
Allow 5-7 days delivery to:
- Delhi-NCR
- Rajasthan
- Haryana
- Uttar Pradesh
- Chandigarh/Punjab
- Mumbai
- Central Region of India
Allow 8-10 days delivery to other cities in India . For remote areas, delivery can take longer. During sale and festive seasons, orders may take longer to process. Our delivery times should only be used as a guide and not as exact timings.
Rules & Restrictions
Orders are processed and delivered on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Customers will be required to sign for all deliveries. Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel the order and/or make such orders subject to additional terms and conditions (including, without limitations to, requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of products being ordered in a single transaction).
Order Processing
Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Since we function on made to order basis. It takes us 4-5 working days to prepare and dispatch the product. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, as soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours on business days.
